The listed windows open outwards and cannot be tilted. Due to the high building and the wind situation, it is absolutely necessary to insert the ventilation hook when continuously ventilating!

The large glass doors have only been approved in conjunction with the white shutters. Please make sure to close the white shutters in front of the glass doors from the inside when you are away. If the glass doors or shutters are open, they must be secured as the wind pressure can be enormous.

A total of 8 floors require appropriate stairs. We were nevertheless able to make two apartments barrier-free. The others, however, have been adapted to the situation with great effort so that they comply with building regulations. Nevertheless, we ask you to be careful! Use the stair railings and please watch out for children! The stairs to the gallery are particularly steep - use the stairs, terraces and gallery at your own risk!

By lowering entire floor levels, we have succeeded in making the room heights as comfortable as possible . However, some beams could not be made slimmer for structural reasons. If you are taller than 1.80 m, you will have to duck your head at some doorways. In view of the historical situation, we cannot accept any liability for any damage caused by low passage heights.

Quooker (boiling water at the touch of a button)

First and foremost, the Quooker, a water tap that supplies cold, warm or boiling water. A safety mechanism is designed to ensure that the boiling water does not flow accidentally - this would of course lead to burns! Also, keep an eye on your children! If you want to draw boiling water, please do not let it splash directly into the empty porcelain basin - it could break! Enjoy the associated advantages of having immediately boiling water for a glass of tea, a hearty grog or a warming broth and being able to use the great process of making coffee with a French press without any detours.

dishwasher

We opted for open kitchens because they allow for a very social atmosphere. On the one hand, this is possible thanks to a high-quality, particularly quiet dishwasher, which also has a "whisper wash cycle". One request: do not use the WiFi button on the dishwasher, as it has serious effects on the operating system.

Exhaust air

The unpleasant smells when cooking have been minimized by a high-quality hob with an integrated filter system. Do not overheat your food, the fat can get very hot at the possible cooking levels!
